Incorporated in 2017, Dai-ichi Tools Corporation was born from the Agro Group — a ₹1000+ Crore industrial conglomerate with roots going back to 1980. What began as a strategic diversification into die manufacturing has grown into a powerhouse delivering world-class tooling solutions.
Strategically located in the National Capital Region at Faridabad, Haryana, we operate across 25,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art manufacturing space with a total land area of 36,315 sq. ft., equipped with Japan-origin 5-axis CNC machines, high-tonnage trial presses, and precision inspection systems.
Under the leadership of MD & CEO Arpit Aggarwal, Dai-ichi has scaled revenues from ₹7 Crore in its first year to ₹58 Crore in FY 2024-25, earning the trust of marquee automotive OEMs across India and Japan.

Heavy capital investment into next- generation 5-axis CNC machinery and automated EDM processes. By integrating smart manufacturing software, we aim to drastically reduce cycle times while tightening our micron-level tolerances.
